<p>1          tbsp                 sweet Soya sauce</p>
<p>50         ml                   oil for sauté</p>
<p><strong> Basic Paste</strong></p>
<p>1          tbsp                 coriander seed<span id="more-305"></span></p>
<p>1          tsp                   white pepper</p>
<p>2          pcs                  cloves</p>
<p>1          cm                   turmeric</p>
<p>2,5       liter                  water</p>
<p>1          tbsp                 tamarind juice</p>
<p>Salt to taste</p>
<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Boiled beef ribs until half tender.</li>
<li>Sautee the paste then put stock from boiling beef ribs.</li>
<li>Add half cooked beef ribs then add tamarind juice and salt.</li>
<li>Boil until the ribs tender.</li>

<p>125     gr        caster sugar</p>
<p>300     gr        chocolate (chopped)</p>
<p>500     ml        fresh milk</p>
<p>500     ml        fresh cream<span id="more-293"></span></p>
<p>6          pcs     egg yolks</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>

<p>Method:</p>
<ul>
<li>In a pan, bring milk and cream to a boil over medium heat.</li>
<li>In a bowl, whisk egg yolk and sugar until light and creamy.</li>
<li>Pour the milk into egg and sugar mixture<em> </em>and mix well.</li>
<li>Cook over a <em>bain-marie, </em>stirring well<em>, </em>until mixture turns thick <strong> </strong></li>
</ul>
<p>and coats the back of a spoon.</p>
<ul>
<li>Add the chopped chocolate and mix well.
<ul>
<li>Strain and allow to cool completely, and then churn into an ice cream machine as per machine’s instructions.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Pour into a container and freeze until it sets.</li>
</ul>
<p>Note : this recipes from my freind (*yosep), great for idul fitri</p>

<h1>Custard</h1>
<p>500       ml                                coconut milk</p>
<p>110       grams                          castor sugar</p>
<p>70         grams                          tapioca flour or</p>
<p>2          packages / 15 grams  gelatin powder</p>
<p>Vanilla essence</p>
<p>Salt</p>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Black sticky rice</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Rinse and soak black sticky rice in cold water and leave over night then dried</li>
<li>Put the rice into a pot, add coconut milk, palm sugar, ‘<em>pandan’ </em>leaves and salt</li>
<li>Cook as we made porridge/ conge then cool it down (about 30 minutes)</li>
</ul>
<h2>Custard</h2>
<ul>
<li>Put coconut milk, sugar, salt and vanilla essence into a pot</li>
<li>Dissolve tapioca flour with a bit of water</li>
<li>Add into the coconut milk mixture</li>
<li>Bring to the stove over medium heat and cook until thick, stirring constantly</li>
<li>Add 200 grams black sticky rice porridge, mix it well</li>
<li>When its boiled, take out from the heat then pour into a mould</li>
<li>Let it cool completely outside before keep in the chiller</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">To serve: </span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Take out of the mould then serve it with coconut cream</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Garnish </strong>Slice tomato and Cucumber</p>
<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Heat the oil into a wok over a high heat, add garlic and chicken, and cook for 30 seconds.</li>
</ul>

<li>Add cabbage, bok coy, leeks and vegetable stock, seasoning with all the sauces and pepper. Add the noodles. Cook until all ingredients mix thoroughly, for about 1 – 2 minutes. Last of all add the tomato cubes.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Remove from the heat and serve on a plate or bowl,  and sprinkle with fried shallots.</li>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://bidandesa.info/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/ngopi-di-kledung.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-266" title="ngopi di kledung" src="http://bidandesa.info/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/ngopi-di-kledung-150x150.jpg" alt="" width="150" height="150" /></a>Kledung, letaknya diantara Temanggung dan Wonosobo ( info dari M ), Kledung kalau dilihat dari lokasinya sangat cocok untuk singgah atau melepas penat dari perjalanan ke atau dari Wonosobo, dengan di temani Kopi dan gorengan serta pemandangan yang indah serta hawa yang dingin membuat fresh dari kepenatan perjalanan. Nach  tadi sore saya dan keluarga main ke tempat yang M sarankan, M adalah salah satu blogger Temanggung yang sering hadir di Gethukan Pendekar Tidar, dari M lah saya mengenal kledung dengan kopi dan hawa dinginnya.<span id="more-265"></span></p>
<p>Setelah sukses menculik M yang kebetulan masuk hari ini masuk pagi ( nego waktu sich, dari yang seharusnya pulang jan 16.30 akhirnya deal jam 15.00 ), akhirnya dari Temanggung berangkat menuju Kledung jam 15.00, kami janjian di sekitar Pasar Temanggung, dari tempat itu sampe kledung di tempuh kurang lebih 40 menit dengan kendaraan ( jalan nyante ). Setelah melalui jalan yang berkelok akhirnya kami sampai dech itu tujuan, tadinya anak-anak mau renang tetapi berhubung udaranya dingin buanget, renang di batalkan xixixi ( anak-anak pada cemberut habis ). Udah gitu tanaman stroberinya pada kering ( katanya sich beberapa hari yang lalu salah semprot obat ). Walaupun begitu masih lumayan untuk dilihat dan tempat bermain anak untuk memetik stoberi.</p>
<p>Anak &#8211; anak yang sibuk bermain kami sibuk memilih jenis minuman kopi di daftar menu, kemudian kami memesan bebarapa cup kopi dan jus stroberi untuk anak-anak, kayaknya waktu berkunjung kami kurang tepat, karena ada beberapa kopi yang ada di menu habis stoknya, akhirnya kami cuma bisa pesan kopi tubruk dengan creamer dan kopi susu, apdahal akmi ingin mencicipin kopi jahe, kopi kencur, kopi purwaceng.Untuk menemani panasnya kopi kami memesan mendoan dan singkong goreng krispi. Selang 10 menit kopi yang tadinya panas langsung deh dingin ( cuaca yang dingin menyebabkan cepatnya dinginnya kopi yang tersaji ).</p>
<p>Dikarenakan cuaca yang tidak mendukung dan setelah anak-anak main di kebun stroberi, kami akhirnya meninggalkan Kledung. tak lupa mengantarka M ke rumah M untuk istirahat sejenak dan bermain UNO satu game ( permainan UNO bikin kami penasaran ).</p>
<p>Itulah sekelumit penjalanan saya dan keluarga ke kledung yang ada didaerah Temanggung. Tak lupa Buat M thx sudah mengantar saya dan keluarga serta telah bersedia di culik.</p>
<p>Buat M, kalau ada tempat yang wisata lagi di Temanggung bilang yach, siapa tahu bisa jalan jalan lagi ke Temanggung.</p>
