Fresh Spring Roll

Quantity: 10 pc

Ingredients: Spring role

10           pc           spring role skin

300        gr            baby coz salad

100        gr            sweet basil

100        gr            blench bean sprout

Ingredients:       filling

300        gr            minced pork

1             pc           onion (julienne)

1             pc           carrot (julienne)

50           gr            roasted coconut

5             pc           small pc of garlic (chop)

2             tsp          fish sauce

2             tsp          sugar

2             tsp          soy sauce

1             tsp          salt

1             tsp          oyster sauce

3             tbsp        peanut oil

Method :

  • heat the pan until hot add oil+garlic,sauté until brown and add minced pork,
  • onion,carrot,salt, fish sauce,sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce and roasted coconut.
  • Put spring role skin in cold water around a minute, make it soft
  • After that role skin with coz salad, minced pork, bean sprout, sweet basil.

Note: every each spring role you can put 2 tsp minced pork, 1 tsp bean sprout, 4 pc sweet basil, 3 pc coz salad.
